1. Application:
JYB transport winch is mainly suitable for hauling mine cars in underground coal mines and other mines with an inclination angle of less than 30°.
2. Scope of use:
1) When the winch is working, the methane and coal dust in the surrounding air should not exceed the concentration specified in the “Coal Mine Safety Regulations”.
2). The winch should be installed in a machine room with an air temperature of 0℃～40℃, a relative humidity of no more than 85% (when the ambient temperature is 20℃±5℃), and an altitude of no more than 1000 meters. The winch should work in a dry and ventilated environment that can prevent liquid from entering the electrical appliance, without severe vibration, bumps, and corrosive gases.
3). When the altitude exceeds 1000 meters, it is necessary to consider the air cooling effect and the decrease in dielectric strength. The selected electrical equipment should be designed or used according to the agreement between the manufacturer and the user.
